The residential belt

Reigate Hill and the Downs edge
Gradient, and in a couple of places narrow approaches onto the Downs. Same look-first rule as the Hills villages further west.
The fixed-date problem
Worth flagging because it is characteristic here. A good share of these moves are work relocations tied to a start date, so the completion genuinely cannot move. That changes what we recommend: booking earlier, holding a fallback slot, and having storage arranged in advance rather than sought on the day.
