Coverage

The whole county, belt by belt

Surrey reads as one place from outside and behaves as four on the ground. Here is how we think about it, and which towns have a page of their own.

01

The Guildford and Godalming belt

GU1–GU8

A hill town with a cobbled High Street, Victorian and Edwardian streets climbing away from it, and the university quarter that empties and refills twice a year. Godalming, Farnham and Haslemere behave much the same way — old centres, tight streets, and comfortable housing behind.

02

The commuter towns

GU21–GU24 · KT10–KT13

Woking, Weybridge, Walton, Esher and Cobham. Modern apartment stock around the stations with loading bays and lift bookings, and substantial long-occupied family housing behind it. The easiest loading in Surrey and the largest volumes.

The Hills and the southern villages

GU5 · GU6 · RH4 · RH5

Shere, Abinger, Holmbury, Cranleigh, Dorking and the lanes between them. Single-track approaches, no passing places, overhanging trees and gravel that softens after a wet week. Nothing down here is quoted without a look at the approach first.

The eastern towns

RH1 · RH2 · RH6 · RH8

Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Oxted and Godstone, with the M25 and Gatwick close enough to shape who is moving and why. A high share of work relocations to fixed start dates, which means completion dates that genuinely cannot slip.

Area pages

Four written up in detail

These are the places where the local detail genuinely changes how a move runs — cobbles and gradient, building rules, volume and gated access, or fixed relocation dates. Each has its own page rather than a name swapped into a template.

Beyond the area

We quote across the county boundary into Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire and south-west London routinely, and long moves anywhere in the country. Where a Surrey town has its own established mover we will say so rather than compete for a high street we do not stand on — what this site covers is the county-wide and cross-county work, the long moves out, and the villages that do not really belong to any one town. Moves continuing abroad are on European removals.

Not sure whether your address is one of ours? Put it on the quote form and we will tell you straight.

Next step

Is your street on the list?

Both addresses, roughly what is going, and your dates if you have them. We will arrange a survey and come back with a written quote.
